In the middle of town and great for being able to walk to everything. Easy to park on the street overnight (free til 8am and then pay on an app or by card). Excellent breakfast

This was a last-minute booking and expectations were low. The hotel has a great location for visiting Tromsø, it’s immaculate and breakfast is outstanding!! And the staff are very kind and helpful

We found the staff to be very friendly but had one experience that was very surprising. We noticed our room had no soap in the shower - only shampoo - so questioned the front desk at which time we were told they had none and hadn’t had any for a number of weeks. We were told we could go buy some at 7 Eleven which seemed very unusual.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had. There was a wide variety of food on the buffet, the hotel staff was extremely friendly, and the cleanliness was the highlight.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Dulcie in restaurant was very helpful and efficient. Front counter staff directed us for the Airport bus, but it wasnt a puckup point. We only just made the plane by taking a taxi.
