Excellent stay near the beach while apartment searching

Its a basic room no view because its in between buildings. I found mold in 2 different places in bathroom. The TV 's audio was fixed, so you couldn't hear it unless you stood next to it. The mirror wardrobe sliding door's track was rusted out and looked horrible. If your just looking for a bed its expensive for what you get

The ceiling in the bathroom was buckling from water damage and was crumbling. The rug was soggy and had weird stains. Everything looked like it needed a massive renovation. My in-laws’ bathroom sink didn’t even work. The front staff was not the friendliest either. The hotel is right next to a busy street and you can hear everything. It is very convenient for dining and shopping options, though.

You never really know when you book hotels, this one did not disappoint. The staff was great, the location perfect. They have everything you need for a day at the beach, it was an amazing stay, we will be back! Thank you

Our group booked this hotel for a children's competition, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The front desk employee was consistently unhelpful, arrogant, and reluctant to assist guests. He was also rude and passive-aggressive toward the children in our group, which was especially disappointing given the nature of our stay. The elevator was unreliable and even broke down for over 30 minutes while a family was trapped inside. In addition, the room key cards frequently stopped working, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The continental breakfast was poorly managed. Guests had to stand in line at a counter to receive food, and there was not enough breakfast available for our group despite the hotel knowing in advance about our booking. When concerns were raised, management was reluctant to provide additional food. What was most troubling was the manager's behavior toward the children. He yelled at kids for accidentally dropping a few sugar packets while preparing a drink. He also picked up a sugar packet from the floor and handed it to an adult in our group as if it should still be used, which was both unprofessional and unhygienic. The only consistently positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff, who did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and were pleasant to interact with. Overall, the poor customer service, lack of hospitality, elevator issues, and inadequate breakfast experience made this a stay we would not recommend.
