TrĂšs bon Ă©tablissement

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon week-end, l’établissement a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© rĂ©cemment et est trĂšs propre, le lit trĂšs confortable. Une ambiance familiale trĂšs « cosy », le service est impeccable, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçus. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation !

Zimmerausstattung ist gut, ParkpolĂ€tze sind genĂŒgend vorhanden. Schlecht war, dass das Restaurant nur zur Mittagszeit offen war, nicht fĂŒr den Abend, sodass wir ein anderes Restaurant in der Umgebung suchen mussten. Unterkunft gut, Öffnungszeiten Restaurant sehr schlecht.

Constamment des bruits de tuyauterie

L'hĂŽtel est plutĂŽt bien situĂ© quand on est vĂ©hiculĂ©. Pas trĂšs loin de Strasbourg et de la station de tram la rotonde. Le staff est plutĂŽt sympathique. NĂ©anmoins la chambre posait plusieurs problĂšmes. La douche Ă  l'italienne est mal faite et on inonde la salle de bain Ă  chaque douche. Et surtout il y a un bruit constant de tuyauterie dans la chambre oĂč l'on entend comme de l'eau qui coule Ă  tout moment. Tant qu'on est actif ça va mais la nuit ce bruit est vite dĂ©rangeant. Je l'ai signalĂ© au staff mais ils pensaient que cela venait du chauffage (pas le cas car ça a continuĂ© aprĂšs avoir Ă©teint le chauffage) et ne pouvaient pas nous changer de chambre car l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait plein. Aucun personnel de l'hĂŽtel n'est venu voir d'oĂč pouvait venir le problĂšme et aucun geste commercial n'a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©.

Hotel agréable et jolies chambres

De Passage a Strasbourg nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une nuit dans l’hotel Au Tilleul. Les chambres sont plutĂŽt sympathiques. La dĂ©co est trĂšs rĂ©ussi et moderne. La salle de bain Ă©tait trĂšs spacieuse et agrĂ©able, la dĂ©co aussi particulierement rĂ©ussie. Un petit bĂ©mol pour tempĂ©rature qui Ă©tait un peu basse et qui met du temps Ă  remonter. Rien de bien mĂ©chant. Un petit souci aussi de nettoyage dans la salle de bain mais nous n’en tiendrons pas rigueur car le personnel Ă©tait trĂšs accueillant et sympathique. Les petits dĂ©jeuner Ă©taient de bonne qualitĂ© et copieux. Cet hotel offre une bonne adresse pour qui veut visiter strasbourg et ses environs.

Hotel wordt gerund door de familie. Dat heeft zijn eigen kenmerken. Kamers zijn relatief klein, maar als je hier alleen wilt slapen is het uitstekend.
