I received $15 a day resort credits which I was told could be used for snacks at the front desk or at the attached restaurant/bar. The facility remained closed for the duration of my stay. The first day used the credit to buy some candy/snacks that I didn’t really want, but didn’t want to lose out on the credit. The second day I was not able to use it… when I asked if it could be used to help cover my parking… I was told no. If a resort credit is being offered, and not able to be used because the advertised facilities are unavailable, then there should be some other compensation

We had a quick visit to the city of Portland. This hotel was perfectly located in the city within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. We loved the quirkiness of the hotel decor and would definitely stay here again

Bad choice.

The hotel was shabby. The wine glasses in the room were filthy. There was always an excuse as to why they couldn't do something. We won't be going back. Beware the "resort fee".

Property is described exactly as presented. Hotel lobby decor is of old charm and elegance, fireplace, baby grand piano, wall to ceiling windows, plush seating and chairs. Rooms are more of the same and comfortable. Check in,out was seamless with professional and courteous staff. Enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

This a fun, eccentrically styled hotel. Big rooms! Bed and furnishings were great. You are right downtown so you can walk to great venues and restaurants. The only downside to rooms is We did not have a fridge or microwave in room so that could be a deal breaker for some.

This property has a "destination" fee of $30 per day where you get to use $15 a day in the restaurant or "market" sadly the restaurant is only open Fri and Sat. And the "market" doesnt have many options. We picked this location because we had stayed here 6 months ago but were saddened that the restaurant was unavailable. Also the morning snacks were next to non existent. We will definitely choice a different hotel in the future.
