There was no water available which is the first time I have encountered that in Arizona. Since I left very early to catch my flight, I was unable to avail myself of even their continental breakfast

The rooms were clean. All the lighting in the room was dim even the vanity light was dim. The tub in room 117 drips constantly The shuttle driver Jose was very nice and friendly. Overall a good stay.

Pillows were worn, end of life, stained pillow cases. Dirty room. Vending machine stole my money. Car theft is a problem here, there were warning signs everywhere. Only one entrance to the building. Crowded breakfast with mainly high fats and white bread. The overall experience was very sad, not worth paying more than motel 6, in my opinion. Nothing terrible happened, but I won't be back.

This was reasonable for the price—simple, comfortable, and clean. Just FYI for those for whom it might matter: the lighting is inadequate. There is nothing in the closet area where one might need it most and even over the sink is limited. In the main room there is no overhead lighting. And there was no safe in the room.

Shuttle ride was horrific. Waited and waited and waited. Courtyard. Marriott ended up going by two or three times while I was still waiting. I phoned and was told it could be three minutes or it could be much longer. It was much much longer. I felt abandoned at the airport. Everyone from the flight was on had all left on their shuttles. As for getting out of the vehicle, the woman driver was not helpful telling me to push some button by the back door to get out and that she couldn’t access the button from the outside. Horrific. Then she comes inside to check me in. I had requested a higher floor if possible, and was told that the request was never received by them from Expedia. All she had was one on the main floor. I was not impressed. I was ready to walk out of the hotel and the only thing that stopped me was that I was very tired from my flight and it was after 11 in the evening. The room itself was satisfactory. The bathroom is very ancient. The tub needs to be updated. There is no plug for the bathtub with a note saying they wanted to economize on their water. I booked the hotel wanting to use the swimming pool and of course that wad out of commission. I will definitely not stay there again. I would not recommend it to anyone..

The room was uninhabitable, overdosed with strong chemicals. Plus, the clerk was unable to produce keys due to a machinery failure. I was forced to checkout immediately and get a room at a neighboring hotel. I am requesting a full refund. Thank you.

Room was just OK, had signs of a water leak under sink, and definitely had a toilet that leaked down and refilled about every 2 hours. Breakfast was pretty weak - no fruit at all, no meat served, just eggs, waffles and cereals. Desk chair seemed worn out, and mini-fridge did not fit well in it's cabinet. At least 2 light fixtures did not work. NO in-room microwave - first hotel in a long time that had taken out the microwave. But, convenient to Tucson airport. Less convenient about having an easy to find entrance from local streets.

Staf was helpful. The transit to the airport leaves on the hour and I had to leave at 6:00am Breakfast starts at 6:00am but there was time to have cereal and coffee at 5:45 am before I left and I appreciated that. The room was clean. The bed is comfortable. I pre checked on-line.

The location is minutes from the airport. The shuttle was great and prompt. You could walk to the airport if the shuttle wasn't running.
