Angela and the team were so friendly, helpful and professional. My flight was delayed and I got in a little after 10pm. Shuttle came in under 10 minutes and Angela had my room key and everything ready to go when we got to the hotel. It was the most seamless check in I had ever had. Angela was also very personable and genuinely cares about giving people the best experience.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights on our way out of Arizona and on the way back. The hotel is in a good area and it is clean. One of the best things about the hotel, however, is their staff. The people who work here are very professional. They were very courteous and hospitable. The staff who helped us were Jesus, Benny, Jessica, Rosy. Lupita and Paloma made excellent breakfasts. (We do hope we got their names right.)

Rented 1 rooms & told they would be next to ea h other. One was on the first floor & the other was on the 3rd. Is this next to each other? The rude check in person would not do anything to accommodate us. Could not offer any suggestions for nearby restaurants for dinner & the clincher was the bat flying in the 3rd floor hall. Very disappointed.
