Excellent neighborhood with miles of sidewalks to walk. Low neighborhood noise level, clean and safe. Some construction with neighborhood nearly fully developed. Ample street parking. Shared driveway, but can only use the single car garage or street parking. Rental unit is a guesthouse with residents next door. It's about 40 minute on average to get to Downton Tuscon. Very clean guesthouse.

The property was as listed, spotless and beautiful. I fell in love with the neighborhood when I visited my children a few months ago. So, naturally when we booked a trip to come back for my son's graduation, we wanted to stay close by. This place was perfect! Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Tucson Escape

Very cute place, but deserted neighborhood

The home is very nicely decorated and smelled so good when we got there! It's in a subdivision that is brand new, so the place is like a ghost town. It's far from town, but that's not a complaint; we stayed there to be close to our family's home in a nearby subdivision, but just a heads up for others. Was a bit hard to reach the host at times, but luckily there were no problems that needed immediate attention. Comfy and cozy and perfect for what we needed
