Overall great experience. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of food options locally or at the casino. The only issue is that the beds are very uncomfortable (hard and lumpy).

front desk supervisor tyler was the example of how all other hotels should be. only there 1 night. room was spacious with high ceilings. only complaint is the shower head and water pressure. i get water conservation but when a shower should have taken 15 min ended up being 30min. other colleagues at the conference expressed the same thing.
