I live in Tucson and I decided to do a staycation with my two children. Very quiet. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I got diagnosed with strep throat so I was unable to attend the wedding of a family member in Tucson. I tried to contact the hotel to see if i was able to cancel and get a refund, but nobody ever got back to me. I should have just went and stayed in the hotel to spread my strep throat.

Customer service was beyond terrible. Had to get a large portion of stay refunded. Staff was extremely rude. No room service. No microwave. No room cleaning. No pool service. Dirty pool. Extremely bad experience. Would not promote tbh is property on Expedia what so ever.

Perfect for our family!

This hotel was wonderful. There was plenty of room for all of us. The heated pool was a nice touch, close walk to the main casino and the restaurants. We stayed for 1 night and it was reasonable but the value of the stay was very much worth it.
