The hotel had a bad odor the room also had a bad odor the carpeting was stained the couch was stained and the room with the two computers had filthy flooring I would never stay there again very disappointing ! The staff was very nice but the rooms were awful.

Terrible service from the manager Verónica. I had my reservation confirmed, but they oversold the rooms, and she just told me that they didn’t have my room and couldn’t help me. She didn’t even apologize. Terrible

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were outdated, run down and surface cleaned only. Carpet was stained and appeared dirty. Television did not function properly. Toilet paper roll was almost gone with no backup. Simply not up to the standard we are used to seeing.

Poor customer service, rooms are dirty/no functioning properly. Didn’t get an apology for having to switch rooms late at night because how dirty the first one was. The second room had mold on the ceiling, closet door broken, smelt awful. Spoke to two different representatives and not one had an ounce of sympathy. Never will book again.

The room I was in was very dirty, don’t think the carpet had been vacuumed in weeks. Unfortunately it was very late when I checked in so didn’t notice it until the next morning . And the “breakfast “ was pretty much gone by 8:30!

We booked on Expedia for a convenient location and good price for one night. Check in and out was seamless and desk staff were cordial and helpful. When we entered the room we were impressed with the layout and presentation. Only a couple of small issues. The TV had no signal so I tried to call the desk but the phone didn"t work. Went down to the desk and the fellow explained the problem. After that we at least got spotty signal. The ice machine didn't work but we got some at the desk. The sink faucet worked but was ready to fall off. The beds were very comfortable and fresh. Overall we would stay here again.
