The staff was great, but the room didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was hair around the baseboards in the bathroom, there was some yogurt left in the fridge from another guest. 2 of the lamps weren't working, And the drain on the tub, drained fine, but the parts were disassembled and sitting on the side of the tub.

Room was clean but starting to show its age, office chair was broken, couple of cigarette burns in the top sheet, tall dresser with wood wedges holding it up, toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. Breakfast was minimal. Clean place to sleep but nothing fancy beyond that.

Overall disappointing experience. We paid for a double queen room and actually got a double full room. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. A few prepackaged sandwiches in a warmer and old cereal. The room was pretty clean, but we had to call the front desk and go downstairs to get shampoo, conditioner and soap. For what we paid, I would avoid staying here again.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the “continental “ breakfast was non existent. There was supposed to be breakfast from 6 am to 9am. We arrived at the table at 8:30 to find…nothing but cereal, milk and coffee. No toast, no muffins, no anything. Bad form Super 8.
