Pretty good

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. They accommodated our need for more pillows and a blanket. No decaf at free breakfast which was a big downside. Overall pretty good.

Not a pleasant stay

Our room had only the bare necessities cleaned (sink, bed linens, towels). Not sure if the tub, carpet, floor, or toilet bowl had been cleaned recently. There was no place to sit outside on the little patio and they would not allow us to use the breakfast room to sit after breakfast hours. The continental breakfast was very minimal - not much offered. Walls, carpeting and stairwell looked dirty. Reading other reviews this has been going on for a couple years and the management has no desire to do anything about it. They obviously aren’t going to put any money into the hotel. It’s too bad because it’s a great location but we will not be staying there again.

While I appreciated the lower cost than the other Green Valley hotels, that apparently comes at the cost of regular maintenance. From dirty carpets to unpatched or poorly patched holes in walls this property is neglected.

The Sad Vacabond.

The staff are exceptional! A refurbishment of the Inn is long overdue, especially the carpet, which appears to have been installed by amateurs, so issues were inevitable.
