The Seattle Fairmont hotel made a mistake and didn’t properly record our reservation. We had an Expedia reservation number but when we went to hotel the Fairmont didn’t have it and we couldn’t stay. Despite having already paid. Expedia helped us throughout the process and refunded us. This is entirely on the Fairmont hotel. I recommend to stay away from the bad management style.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit outdated. Beds were comfortable. The shower had very low water pressure. We had a nice view and the room was quiet except for traffic noise, but noise died down by bedtime.
