Ad said free wifi but I was never able to connect to anything and no signal on the TV. No actual phone in the room even to call the front desk and the text message number that kept texting my phone telling me that if any problems message there never replied. Shower knobs had mold & mildew and hardly any water from shower head and it was taped on bathroom door would not close. The fire alarm was hanging by the wires. I paid 75 dollars plus a 50 deposit that was supposed to be returned back to my card but has not been yet called and they said it may take 3 days so we shall see. The only plus to it was the did have smoking rooms avaliable and it smelled good.

Horrible experience

No wifi available in my room, I had to go to the lobby everytime i wanted to get on the internet. The TV only had cable because there was no internet in my room. There was no security chain for the door. I booked a non- smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The frig looked like it had rust on the door. If I hadn't been stuck because of using my card, I would have gone someplace else. The reservations said there was a breakfast bar that in honesty wad only a coffee pot.

WORST MOTEL

All the appliances were outdated the fridge was rusted, about the door had patch holes in it, the comforter on bed had cigarette burn holes the room was extremely hot when we got inside. Also they wrongfully charges $250 pet deposited when clearly we had messaged them on this website that there would be a service animal and we had the proper documentation and they didn't even ask if they charge this anyway. They advertise a breakfast and they didn't provide that either. I truly want a refund this is the worst experience I've ever had at a motel

Not clean or safe—did not stay.

Nightmarish. Booked two nights to be close to ORU, and the pictures looked OK. But when we arrived, there were two police cars out front. The lobby was standard out of the seventies, and the hallway windows had been cracked. We were thankful the room didn’t have carpet, but there were bodily fluids and what looked like blood stains on the comforter. The windows to the patio were single paned and broken, so not only was it dirty, the room didn’t feel safe. We refused to stay there. The desk agent told us he would refund the stay, but he did not. We ended up booking elsewhere.

We didn’t spend 5min in this disgusting room before leaving the property. I have pics and videos of the absolute filth including what appears to be dried semen on the bedding. A refund is the least I could be offered for this waste of time.

Horrible! It stinked really bad. Management wa horrible. Doors were broken, unable to lock !!! NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I STAY THERE !! I had to leave and loose my reservation fee !!! I couldn’t even spend the night it smelled so bad !! Not clean at all. And I was afraid that the door would open !!!!!

No Hot Breakfast!!!

Well the whole reason i booked this particular hotel was because it said they offered hot breakfast, I arrived to the hotel and asked the lady at the front desk what time breakfast was and she told me that they dont serve breakfast and haven't for years now. I found this rather irritating to say the least. Then when my friend and i entered our hotel room it literally felt like a sauna in the room it was so hot. Even after turning on the air-conditioner the room was still miserably hot. My friend then went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. She did change our room with no hassle. The room itself was beyond outdated. This hotel definitely needs a major renovation!!! Very disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely a terrible experience. This review may seem subjective but to anyone who expects basic cleanliness, it should be an accurate review. The bed had cuts in them, cigarette burns all over the room, a fridge with leaking water, toilet and bathroom with mold, and the room was like 2 feet by 2 feet. Would not recommend for ANYONE.

Very dirty out dated no fire detector in the room it was removed. No breakfast as advertised only coffee was available would not recommend ever and will not stay again almost left and went somewhere else.
