Front desk people were lovely and very helpful. Building/room is nice. Even with a concert around the corner, restaurants close before the show lets out. Get snacks and drinks to keep in room and eat before shows or concerts. People experiencing homelessness frequently the garage and block. Locked front door and buzz in (if checking in) is the security mechanism.

The hotel resides in an older part of town so they have kept the facade the way it was years ago ( but have maintained it beautifully). However the inside has been modernized. The room I stayed in looked like it had recently been refurbished (?), with a very clean restroom, shower, etc. Every part of the property was extremely well maintained. Would not hesitate to book that hotel again.

Super convenient for shows at Cain’s or Tulsa Theater, parking and entrance(s) a little wonky at first but not difficult, staff has always been very personable and helpful. My only complaint after multiple stays is the bathroom lighting is pretty poor for makeup application & because of where the full length mirror is placed within the room, it’s not full length - I can’t back up far enough to see lower legs/shoes in the mirror.
