The first room I liked it had a big TV but it didn’t work so they made me across the hall. The pool wasn’t open because the heater was out but Expedia never said nothing about that. It was already freezing cold didn’t wanna make the trip but nobody was going to give me my money back even with insurance.

Wires coming out from behind the tv, bathtub had a large crack in it, hardly any lighting, paint job in the room looked sloppy, ice bucked was cracked and repaired with duct tape, mini fridge was wobbly, pool was closed for maintenance and at one point our water was turned off. Only thing good about the stay was the bed.

Terrible front desk staff, worst experience I’ve had at a hotel and i spend 100+ days a year in a hotel. Waited for 30 mins for desk staff, wife had to go find them in the break room. Then told us we couldn’t check in till 3. Once we checked in, found that the pool was out of service, but no updates on their website. Booked this hotel due to their being a pool for the kids. We came down the next morning to ask a question, and the lady said “ohh, you’re still here”. Like where would we have gone over night. The next day i asked the same lady at the desk if they sold alcohol, and was told no that i can go to Walmart. No kidding, that wasn’t the question. Then proceed to tell me she doesn’t approve of people drinking alcohol as it changes them. Once again, didn’t ask your opinion, just a yes or no would have worked. 100% will not stay at this hotel again and won’t recommend. Would rather stay at a motel 6.

The carpet was worn, and there were dirty marks on the walls, along with stains on the shower curtain and lamp shades. The bed and towel linens were great. However, the tub had some kind of dark buildup on the top of the shower wall and yellow stains on the tub floor. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. Although the pool was closed, this was not mentioned or posted on the website. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, since we were in town for a basketball tournament and had kids who were looking forward to swimming, only to find out the pool had been closed by the health department.
