This is a great little house. There was plenty of room. We stayed nice and warm. There are TV'S in 2 bedrooms which was so nice. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were a highlight. The appliances are new and work very well. You are close to Downtown for exploring and adventuring. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Charles answered all of our questions. We love our coffee. He even provided keurig cups and creamers!! This was an expected treat. We will definitely be back! Thanks Charles for great Thanksgiving weekend!

Sweet 16 getaway

I took 2 daughters & 3 of 1 daughters friends with us for a sweet 16 birthday get away & it was the perfect house for that. It is very cute & charming & we all had a great time.

Everything was just as expected and more.

Our host has a wonderful home with all of the amenities that she would need. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was comfortable, and the showers were the best of all.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable experience

I booked this property through VRBO two weeks in advance, expecting a smooth and reliable stay. Unfortunately, just 24 hours before our scheduled trip, I received a call from the property owner informing me that the house was double booked—and that I needed to cancel my reservation.This last-minute cancellation left us scrambling with no place to stay, completely upending our travel plans. This kind of negligence reflects a "slumlord" mentality—listing the property on multiple platforms without properly managing availability or respecting guests' time and commitments.If you're considering this property, be aware that professionalism and accountability appear to be an afterthought. I strongly urge future guests to proceed with caution, as reliability is clearly not guaranteed.
