Leak outside my room, no hot water, no housekeeping and long delays when I asked for both. Debris in hallway for 3 days from leak. Hotel needs overhaul and day mgr that performs.

The staff was nice enough, but the whole property was just shabby. Poor fittings everywhere, looked like things were rushed in the rooms when it was built. There’s no breakfast, basically no amenities for the cost. The guest laundry consists of one set of machines for the whole building that looked about 20 years old and were coin operated. There is no detergent or even a place to buy detergent. No place to even get change to use the machines. Overall, just meh for the stay.

Downtown Tulsa location is an older location. Check in went fine and we checked into our room. Our AC was not cooling. We waited an hour for the maintenance to come room temperature was 78, then was moved to another room. Room still never cooled below 73. The morning front desk lady on Saturday 06/07/2025 was very rude and not helpful at all to me and other guests. I would not recommend this location or stay here again!

I LOVED the way the hotel was decorated and had all the necessities in the hotel. It is also a gated property, which made it very safe. There was nothing about the hotel that I did not like. Staff was A+++, very helpful, polite, friendly, positive attitude, i couldnt have been more pleased!
