For the price I was not impressed. Hotel was outdated however they are redoing rooms. I didn’t receive the room that I booked. I booked a king suite with a hot tub in room. After arriving at the hotel they stated the reservation came across as a double bed suite which again not what I booked. I called Expedia was told the same thing. I know what I booked and paid for. I feel like the hotel sold out of the rooms and down graded me due to multiple events going on at the hotel because I didn’t directly book with them.

Checked in early, but didn’t go to my room until later. When going to my room noticed that it was in a wing by the interstate which I had already new was to loud ( traffic) from a prior stay. Went to the desk and got another room which ended up right by the elevator. Elevator noise until late at night and early morning. Awakened in the morning by the housekeeper having a loud conversation with a man right outside my door. You would think that paying as much as we do for a room with no breakfast that at least one could get a quiet nights rest.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous but it was so humid in the room it was almost unbearable. The bedding was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Not to mention there was no enforcement of quiets hours and there was an unbelievable amount of young children running and screaming in the halls all hours of the night.

No house cleaning the entire weekend, asked to get towels and toilet paper more than once and no one came until the morning we left when we called because we needed towels after a shower. No trash was picked up. Felt with how expensive the rooms are we’d have better service. Rude when checking in as well.

Breakfast was overpriced. Carpet in the room was loose and was shifting under our feet Paying for WiFi in a hotel is weird. Paying for public uncovered parking also isn’t a great thing. Zero amenities all expectations to pay a higher price for a room that smelt funky.

Staff was very nice but the room was dirty and old. The pull out couch was so nasty looking. I did not want anyone to sleep in it. I requested new rooms with connecting doors and got them. Hotel looks beautiful from the outside but the inside needs a good renovation.
