I would still come back

The property was nice overall, but unfortunately, there were some plumbing issues during our stay. The water was shut off from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., which was inconvenient. Additionally, the waffles served at breakfast had a chemical aftertaste. While this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, since the breakfast items appear to be supplied by a third-party company whose branding is prominently displayed, it did affect the overall experience.

Staff not very friendly and showed no concerns when you complained about the rooms, homeless people in the parking lot and coming in and out of the hotel, the staff started locking the door to keep the homeless out but customers had to wait for someone to hit the button to onlock the door

Good price, roll the dice?

Have stayed here a couple of times, with mixed experiences. First time the room was clean, the floor was quiet, and the breakfast was very good. Second time the room had a bit of a funk to it, the neighbors had a small dog that was left alone in the room to bark all day and night, and the breakfast had gone downhill. I think it’s worth a third try, but has a bit of work to do to earn back my recommendation.

As a whole The hotel wasn't that bad. A couple of the rooms, I had 6 rooms for my group. In my room that toilet seat, was broken? One of the other rooms they had to have it reclean and even at the end of the visit, they still found condoms wrappers under the bed. The rooms had refrigerators and microwave which they were clean to my knowledge. There were people who smoked in the hotel even though it was a non-smoking hotel. I do have the request for handicap accessibility to be improved. We had People who struggled it's not having grab bars, not having it Ada toilet, which means it wasn't tall enough. And it was difficult for her in the bathroom. They only have one luggage cart, which means we all get to take turns or carry everything up in several trips. They do have hot breakfast in the morning. But their juice machine was down every day that we were there. Inspite all the things that I mentioned above. It's not a bad hotel. We'll stay there again, but I just need to pay attention to the little details like that.

There were a lot of homeless people aroynd facility! Breakfast had no juice, out of order. Pankakes machine out of order. Only fruit was apples. We've stayed at several Sleep Inn places and never had issues like this. Also, they require a $100 deposit no matter what. That was all of our spending money. Never will we go back there!!!!

Interrupted sleep in a comfy bed.

Our stay was okay. The bed was very comfortable, but we were awaken before 8am with the sound of the toilet above us being unclogged. It vibrated our entire bathroom area. We closed the door but ended up packing up our stuff to just leave. So much for a night and peaceful morning without kids....
