We really enjoy Coco Unlimited... it was our second time at the property and we will be back. It is conveniently located and close to everything but also a relaxing place with a chill vibe. A big highlight is the staff... everyone is wonderfully nice and kind.

I absolutely loved this place! The tropical vibe, lush greenery, and amazing beach—easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. The hotel has a little restaurant with really good food and great drinks, and the service was top-notch both there and throughout the hotel. Since it’s Tulum, prices are definitely on the higher side, but it’s totally worth it. The location is also perfect—just a 15-20 minute walk to hotspots like Taboo, Ilios, Tantra, and Rosanegra, but still super quiet and chill. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend! Good WiFi too, even on the beach.

Coco Unlimited is a great experience for anyone who wants to stay in Tulum’s Hotel Zone. From the moment the door opened on our airport transfer, the vibes were embracing us and taking away the noise. - The staff at the front desk were amazing. Full of information and always helpful with a smile. - The resort is beautiful. The Coco vibes are everywhere. Soft “chill” music, the waterfall at the salt water pool, the wind in the trees, the beautiful gardens, and let’s not forget the white sand beach and turquoise blue water. - The restaurant is great. It’s hard to beat a breakfast (included with our stay) with the vibes, the surf, great friendly staff. We dined out most of the time but the night we did stay in for dinner, it was the same great experience. - The room was great. We stayed in one of the pool view rooms and had no complaints. The shower was awesome. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable. The one thing that we would’ve liked to have is a coffee maker in the room. Morning sunrises are so much better with coffee. Well done Coco Unlimited!! We’ll be back again.

The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out, they went out of their way to make our experience as perfect as it could be. The breakfast at the resturant is also incredibly delicious. The rooms are clean & updated. And the location is perfectly set in the center of the beach but not in the heart of the chaos that has taken over Tulum.

Rustic white adobe style boutique hotel with minimalist chic touches. We enjoyed the partial side ocean view from our balcony. We also enjoyed the breakfast they offered every morning. The beach with the azure waters is gorgeous and swimmable when the current is not too strong. The property is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants and stores and a short taxi ride away from key sites. We would recommend this property to others.

I recently stayed at Coco in Tulum and had a mostly positive experience. The location is definitely a highlight—the beach is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. However, the rooms could use some updates. While they were comfortable enough (love the cold AC) a refresh would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. On the plus side, there are ATV rentals nearby, which is a fun way to explore the area and adds a bit of adventure to your stay. Overall, despite the need for some room updates, the beautiful beach and convenient amenities make this a place I would definitely return to.

Very relaxing and great beach view. Parking was very tight but available or the attendant took keys to take care of for us. It rained regularly and the closet had a leak that got our clothes very damp or wet. No TV or fridges in the room, AC worked great though and curtains kept it dark for sleeping in. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean View Suite. Tropical storm Nadine made landfall during our stay. We had multiple leaks coming from the roof. It dripped constantly right onto the pillow area of the master bed. We had to sleep in the twin beds. They offered us the room below both nights, but we specifically paid for the privacy and view of the room we were in, so we declined. Other than the leaky roof, everything else was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good stay overall.
