The hotel, with the honors program, allowed remote check-in& room selection, and allowed remote key access with my phone so check-in at the front desk could be skipped. The room was very nice and clean, there was plenty of space, there was an extra comfortable chair, the counters are all Formica like so they are easy to wipe, the window had a center roll-down block out curtain that was easy to use. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had glass doors that were very clean, it had good water pressure, & the water was quick to heat up. There were several T.V. channels but no premium channels which was OK but not as nice as other places. The flooring looks like LVP and the room looks very modern. There is a Starbucks and IHOP nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was clean and updated, but the housekeeping service was terrible. Rooms are supposedly cleaned every other day, but ours wasn’t cleaned at all. We took down our “Do Not Disturb” sign at 9:30 a.m. before heading out, yet the front desk said housekeeping leaves at 11:30. That’s not acceptable for a hotel that only offers service every other day!

I came Alabama for a Ministry event at the Hilton Inn in Tuscaloosa. From check in to everything in between and check out SUPERB service. Staff was Exceptional. Front desk staff & Kitchen staff. The Breakfast Buffet was Exceptional and they use real eggs, not powered & watered down. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. If I should come back to visit, this would be my home away from home!
