Wonderful hotel if you need to stay on the UA campus. There is no breakfast included, and you'll have to get in your car to get breakfast unless you spend $12 to get the same breakfast you get for free at the nearby Holiday Inn. Will stay somewhere else within walking distance of food and shopping next time for less cost per night.

Front desk was very rude. We arrived early knowing that our room might not be ready but wanted to store our luggage. Before we even arrived at the front desk we were barked at saying we could not check in. Another member of staff helped us out. The rooms were in need of upgrade. There was no shampoo. The only positive was the location.

Hotel Capstone Stay

Staff was phenomenal from the front desk to the service. We especially liked our bartender Julian, he made delicious drinks and made sure our food was as ordered. Great burgers, Club Sandwich, fries, fish, salads! Breakfast was very good as well and service there was very professional! We will definitely stay there again.

Need a full renovation, gutted, and started over

Overall experience was just OK The hotel badly needs a full renovation You can tell that it has been very used. Probably would have stayed at one of the newer locations nearby The carpet was very dirty in the room, though it was a brown carpet so it was hard to tell it was heavily noticeable The doors were painted over and over Everything had just been cheaply fluffed and not fully renovated For the price, it was definitely not worth it
