This is a newly renovated and modernly updated 3 story house with 3 standard bedrooms + 4th br/rec room, 3ba + 4th outdoor shower and 7 outdoor seating areas, 2 equipped with tvs for your outdoor viewing. Carpet free and beach friendly flooring. It sleeps 16 comfortably with 8 stationary and 4 inflatable beds upon request. A maximum of 2 dogs under 25lbs OR 1 dog up to 50lbs are allowed as long as they are house trained and remain off the furniture. Three baby gates, a highchair, a pack-n-play crib, a cot/toddler bed and a large dog crate are also available upon request. There are high 20ft ceilings in great room, dining and common area. There are multiple furnished decks and patios for relaxation with views of the fireworks from Tybee Island Beach. There is a rec room included in the 4th bedroom with additional sleeping space for inflatable beds, 2 wall mounted 50" and 65"tv's, a 7.5' pool table, a small air hockey/pool/foosball table combo, a ping pong table, corn hole, a wall Pac-Man/Galaga/Dig Dug and Galaxian combo arcade game, Ms Pac-Man, Street Fighter, a PS4 and an Xbox One gaming console with corresponding games plus multiple other games. There are beach toys for small children, umbrellas with anchors, a buggy to carry things, beach towels and blankets. 4 bikes in various sizes and a toddler seat are also available for free use. Wall mounted tvs in the living room, each bedroom and 2 outside. There are 2 laundry rooms. One on the upper level across from the main ensuite and the other one on the lower level in the 3rd bathroom. A main bedroom
ensuite on it's own level with a King bed, private balcony, loft area with seating, office and gym equipment overlooking the living and dining room area, plus an exit to an outdoor deck with seating for 4. A 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, a 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds, twin trundle and single twin bed are located on the main living level with the 2nd full bathroom. There is a twin/full bunk bed and ample floor space in the 4th br/rec room for a queen, 2 full and 3 twin inflatable beds. The backyard has 2 covered furnished patios, one for outdoor dining with a wall mounted tv and seating for 6 with a chaise lounge. The other is set up like an outdoor living room/lounge area with a wall mounted tv, seating for 9-10, an outdoor charcoal grill upon request and a wood burning fire pit with seating for 4. An outdoor shower is also available inside the fence near the rear stairwell to get the excess sand off of you from the beach before you enter the house. Enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days while relaxing under the carport with 3 tables and seating for 12. There is free off street parking for 4-6 cars on the property. 2 vehicles in the front and 4 vehicles on the driveway to the gray fence. The house is 5 blocks, an 8 minute walk from the beach, 3 blocks from the grocery store, bars and restaurants.
