Summary:
The whole group will enjoy this location to everything from this centrally located condo. No need to drive your car once you arrive, with easy access to the beach and walkable dining options.

The Space:
Our condo is on the beach side of Tybee's main road, Hwy 80, giving you walkability to the ocean. The unit is on the top floor (3rd floor) end unit, giving you the most privacy from neighbors. As you walk in you're greeted with a nice open floor plan from kitchen to the living space. As you walk down the hallway you will find the laundry and guest bathroom. Finally you have the guest bedroom and the primary suite with its private bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the 2 compact car spots in the parking garage as well as the entire unit. Guests also have access to the locked beach equipment closet in the parking garage which included beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys. Please return how you found it.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to food, drinks and golf cart transportation friendly.

Other Things to Note:
Please bring personal beach towels!!
