Lovingly restored this two story Tybee Beach Cottage is just 2 blocks from the 11th Street beach walkover and has resort style amenities including a heated family size inground pool., custom built tiki bar with swings, and lounge area with outdoor fire pit. The first level boasts a generous welcoming screen porch that flows into a large living room, a spacious kitchen overlooking the pool, plus 1 bedroom and a half bath.
The second level features hardwood floors, 2 full Baths and 4 sleeping quarters that all open to the deck overlooking the pool.
Every room has been enhanced and cheerfully decorated by renowned designer, Jane Coslick. The laundry and 3rd full bath is located off the screen porch. Within the privacy fence is an outdoor shower.
Located mid island, it is a short walk or bike ride to the island's best restaurants, commercial area, and Memorial Park.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
