The bathtub faucet in our room was leaking - not dripping but really leaking. We called twice to have someone come fix it and no one ever came. It was loud enough to hear through the closed bathroom door and ac on all night. The carpets were dirty in the main hallways - the parking lot was hard to find and we didn’t even use the right one luckily because we saved 20.00 by parking in the wrong one. The front desk staff was very unhelpful.

Very polite and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable — with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Easy to Uber. Restaurant had good varieties and helpful servers. Free parking is a bonus but a little hard to find. All in all, made for a great weekend!

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a lot of history. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly/helpful but the bar tenders had excellent staff. Elevators are very slow. Rooms were very nice and clean. Easy walk from the Reds Stadium.

This hotel was in a good location and less than 10 mins away from the MLB stadium and close to some great restaurants. However, the hotel rooms themselves could use an update. Also, the air conditioning didn't work in the first room they put us in (it was 79 degrees in the room), but they did move us. Great location, outdated rooms.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. But most of all, the staff was professional, patient, and very helpful. I want to point out in particular the doorman, Jonathan. He was exceptionally sweet and helpful.
