The beds were uncomfortable, the staff wasn’t very friendly and the restaurant/dining services were extremely limited. If I hadn’t been attending a wedding here I wouldn’t have stayed.

Although the room was clean, the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation and at times felt like a steam room. It lacked a refrigerator and sufficient outlets other than on the bedside table lamp.

Checked in after 4PM, when I got to our room it was a mess. Both beds unmade, stuff left in room from previous (current?) occupants. Room phone did not work, so I had to call from desk via cell phone. Had to get another room. Something like this should never happen.

Convenient but avoid the restaurant

Convenient hotel location next to EWR. Nice room and modern but breakfast was a disaster having to wait 30 mins for service then they got it wrong. Unhappy and unhelpful staff and total lack of customer service.
