Walls in hotel are really thin. So noisy in room. Also, right on the highway which is SO loud all night long. Other than the noise, I like the convenience of the hotel and love that it has a pool

Hidden Gem

Great location to stay for Providence! Can walk or take the shuttle. Kids enjoyed the indoor outdoor pool, as well as the gym. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to stay in Providence for an event at Amica.

Clean room, well-equipped workout facilities. The shuttle to and from restaurants and area attractions was a huge bonus! Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were not as clean as I’d expect from a Marriott but otherwise a great stay!

Our AC was broken. Had to pay for parking which wasn’t even checked so anyone can park. Extremely unsafe with people walking around the parking lot begging for money. Parking lot had holes and damage everywhere. Only one very small elevator on the north side. Hardly any entrances and exits

Horrible

First thing is they charged me 342 dollars for incidentals !!! 342 dollars!!! Instead of there regular 100$ few … they then say it was a mistake yet still did nothing about it . It’s almost like they purposely did it seeing that I am a minority. This hotel seems to hate seeing brown and black ppl here , then the pool area was token over by “privileged” baseball team these kids splashed, screamed and made it hell for everybody trying to relax no security no one did anything . This place sucks if it wasn’t for the outdoor pool I would never come here

We’ve stayed at this property at least five times during the past weeks. The only thing I dislike is their Internet Connectivity. In their need to make a buck, they use a system that is very unfriendly to connect with. It is very frustrating.

Nice hotel, but expensive as compared to a Fairfield Inn, also a Marriott property. It offers all the amenities needed. Staff were very nice and friendly. I wasn't sure if I had to pay for parking as the signs were not on every spot only some but it seems they use a Premium parking app for all spaces vs paying directly to the hotel.
