Everyone at the front desk is super friendly, great dinner recommendations. The drivers for the shuttle are very friendly as well. The room itself was ok, bed linen were clean, the bed comfortable. The sofa had lots of dirty spots on it, the shower curtain looked like it is falling from the wall any minute, the light switch in the front didn’t work, the phones didn’t work ( not at the front desk or in the room).

The night manager Thursday night was great. The other staff was not rude but not helpful. First room was dirty we had to move to another. Phone did not work, it was missing cover over smoke detector and caluk around bathtub peeling. It was comfotable nights sleep so value for the money.

The room was clean, and the morning staff were friendly, which is why I’m giving this place 3 stars. The breakfast was not like it’s portrayed in the photos. Very sparse and legitimately worried about getting food poisoning because the deli ham they cut up for breakfast was cold (I thought that was intentional until I went back for seconds and the ham was hot). Additionally, the woman checking people in at night was not friendly or helpful.

made a reservation to be close to the airport during winter storm fern. Flight got canceled and the only option was to reschedule our flight for the same day. We asked for a refund due to the weather and our flight cancellation. they refused to give us a refund and when I tried to call and clarify, they hung up on me twice before ever speaking to someone.
