The staff was great, and they were excellent in dealing with a mixup done by Drury. I cancelled my thursday stay, on Oct. 30 but kept the 31st stay. When we arrived on Friday, Oct. 31st the Pct/ 30th stay had not been cancelled and therefore the entire stay was cancelled. We still have not received our refund even thought the 5-7 days is way past due. Drury Inn Valley Park Outstanding Stay.

For the money, Drury is by far the most impeccable of all, and cost efficient. Great breakfast everyday. Dinner offerings in the evening. 3 Adult beverages at "530 Kickback Time" every evening/ Rooms and facility extremely clean and service is bar none.

Hotel is expensive. They don’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water. They brought new towels, but didn’t even freshen or make up the bed. I’d say it’s about a 2 star hotel with 4 star rates. It’s also very close to a major interstate and has a lot of traffic noise in the rooms on that side of the property. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again!
