When we entered the room, we immediately noticed a large amount of crumbs and dirt on the floor—it was clear the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. The bathroom was in even worse condition, with personal hairs scattered across the floor, what appeared to be vomit stains on the walls, and grime built up in the corners. We reported the situation to the front desk, and to their credit, they promptly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room—on the same floor—seemed to have been cleaned by the same housekeeper, as it also had dirty floors and an unclean bathroom. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night. We won’t be returning to this location.

I will choose somewhere else for our next stay.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and our room was spacious. Our room was not ready until 6:30 despite the 4p check-in. The fire alarm went off at 3am with no staff to be found. Coffee maker did not work the next morning so there was no coffee with breakfast. It was not a good experience for what we paid.
