Very clean- both hotel & room. The room was small (Queen premium) . We walked from the City centre SkyTrain stop about 15 min. Parts of Granville St looks a bit down on its luck. However, we were never bothered by any street people and felt safe. It is noisy at night with people, sirens etc. (Typical downtown noises). Lots to explore and very walkable to the Waterfront, Yaletown & GasTown.

Pros: undercover parking, comfortable bed, good water pressure. Very nice manager and front desk. Cons: horrible location ( drug addicts and homeless all around). People publicly doing drugs. Rooms are musty smelling.

The hotel was great. Bed was very comfortable! Clean spacious suite. Friendly staff. Close to everthing. Downside was this seemed to be an epicenter for homeless addicts (harmless). Clubs along this street-- loud in the middle of the night about 4am. Adult store across the street. Hotel-Wonderful! About 2 block radius-sketchy..

Nice size room, clean, good size bedside tables with USB and plug. Loved the magnifying makeup mirror and adequate bathroom shelf space for makeup, etc. Loved having the Keurig coffee maker, the cold refrigerator and the microwave. Closet and storage space was good. Everything was clean. There were only 2 chairs. Could have been one more at the table. TV was large and had a great picture, but the TV selections were rather limited. One the negative side, the walls were thin and could hear neighbor's TV. Also could hear all the hall doors slamming. We were on the 15th floor, so could not hear street noise except sirens due to being somewhat close to the hospital. Nice balcony and view of the city.
