Everything was great, I would've rated 5 stars all across however other hotels have made solid strivings accommodating early check ins. I arrived at noon, the room was guaranteed at 3pm and I received a room ready notification at 3:32pm. Anticipating varying levels of guest circumstances and not charging people for these variations is a 5 star rating.

Great location and beautiful property. Staff were all very helpful and professional. We had a beautiful room with a water view. The restaurant and bar closes very early, 9pm last call just something to be aware of.

This hotel is close to the seawall and easily walkable to Canada Place. A Hop on hop off stop is across the street. Our king room had a nice view of the harbour and mountains. I guess my only complaint would be that I had to chase staff to address a few things but overall a great place to set up a base to explore Vancouver.

Room was great , the only negative,the restaurant needs some upgrades especially in the kitchen. Breakfast was very good but order off the menu because the buffet breakfast was far below a high standard , our young waitress who was from Cuba and she was an absolute sweetheart hope they keep her !

We liked the entire stay. Mostly the location, friendliness and helpfulness of everyone especially the concierge. We went to Corderos and they gave us special treatment because we were from the hotel. The hotel got us a reservation at Corderos even tho we couldnt. The hotel is clean and safe and a good choice
