Great location, service, and room!

Excellent location near conference centre and waterfront. We arrived almost three hours before check-in but were able to check in right away. Excellent service, beautiful clean room, comfy bed with premium bedding, and very fancy toilet with heated seat and bidet ( never tried one of those before lol). We also got a great price as it was one of the cheapest in downtown area at the time we booked. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again!

Hockey road trip

Room was great. Love that it did not have carpet. Found the bed a bit too soft for my back but with the assistance of the front desk we found a solution. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the gentleman that helped me get my jar of pickles vacuum sealed to go in my checked luggage for my flight! Above and beyond service!! Look forward to the next time I can stay at one of your properties.

Convenient location relatively close to convention centre and transit, beautiful view from the suite, quick responses to requests, clean and efficient room layout. Coffee was average, nothing too exciting. Didn't get a chance to use the gym and pool facilities but the large tub in the room was lovely for a relaxing soak. Some bath salts for a soak would have been nice. Appreciated the recycling and green bin options and minimization of waste.
