Nice place to stay for the weekend. A short drive up the street to a lot of eatery options. The room was spacious and clean. I loved everything about the shower, from the water temp to shower head to water pressure. We slept very well, good room temperature. Sound insulation wasn’t great, but it didn’t bother us. We couldn’t hear anything from neighboring rooms, but any hall sounds came right in the door and the window also seemed like it was cracked open, it was so easy to hear cars on the street earlier in the night. Breakfast was OK. Pool and hot tub were good. Staff was good. They offer a texting feature if we have any questions, which came in handy with prompt service.

We stayed for a week due to having surgery and needing to stay in the area. The staff were amazing - very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ideal and convenient....probably the best we have ever had. All of the amenities - swimming pool, b-ball court, walking distance to so many activities (largest theatre we have ever seen, waterpark, airhouse, skating arena). We were also provided with a larger fridge and kettle as we had a longer stay. Upgraded our stay so we could have a larger room for comfort. Will definitely be back whenever staying in the area again!

This hotel is totally unsafe ! My wife plugged in her phone to charge the phone instead the phone and charger burnt in a second . This hotel has electrical issues which can cause fire and very unsafe for children. We contacted the management and GM Farrah responded only by email that our phone charger is incompatible with the outlet in their night lamp that we should’ve read the instructions before plugging our phone in the outlet . If your night lamps in the hotel are incompatible with the cell phones , It should’ve been a warning sign not to use it . We are not being compensated for the burnt phone and charger coz it’s our fault according to the management. If you have children specially do not go to this hotel because chances of fire from faulty night lamps are real. We are contacting the city of Richmond authorities and fire department also filling a civil law suit .

I had to tell the staff to move along after several of them were laughing, talking, yelling outside my room at 6 AM. Upon telling the front desk staff and manager that they need to be more aware of their locations where they wish to discuss life they did nothing except shrug their shoulders. I was then overcharged for my stay and again..nothing. the sheets smelled like chemicals and the bed was uncomfortable. The late check in staff was friendly but thats about the only plus. Wont be returning.
