Clean comfortable room. Check in easy. Used their shuttle from airport, he was a safe driver but took us forever to get to hotel. Another group waited long time to get through to front desk to get shuttle service.

The rooms were a good size, beds comfortable. However the drain in the shower was bad. Water filled up the tub as you were taking a shower. So essentially you were showering in a pool of soapy water. Inital room we boked had an odor...maybe due to the old carpet but management was very quick to offer a different room which was better. We appreciated that. We didnt like that the hotel was far away from everything. We didnt select wisely. We didnt have a vehicle so ubering around got very expensive. The hotel is on the ourskirts of where the "action" is. The choice was really for the affordability which cost me in the end anyways. IWe really liked the breakfast offerred though very impressed on the variety and amount of selection available. Would stay here again but only if we have a vehicle.

Truthfully, so far experience has been less than ideal. We arrived to check in and were advised that the pool and hot tub are out of service and once we got to our room, we have discovered that the carpet in front of the refrigerator is wet and there is a water stain on the ceiling. The hotel did finally move us to a new room after asking repeatedly.

First of all, a big thank you to the amazing staff—both front desk and breakfast team. Everyone was kind and helpful. My wife requested a room change since I'm a light sleeper, and we were initially placed next to the linen room. The switch was handled smoothly. Breakfast was tasty—limited options, but everything was fresh and filling. It would be great to have more fruit variety beyond just apples and oranges, but overall, breakfast was excellent. The common areas of the hotel are modern and well-maintained, but the rooms definitely need an update. The bathroom light kept clicking like in a horror movie, and the pillows and pillowcases were old, stained, and had an unpleasant smell. That said, the mattress was very comfortable and we slept well without any noise. We came without our kids—thankfully—because if a pool is important to you, this might not be the right choice. The pool was closed during our stay due to chemical issues, and even when open, reviews mention it being dirty. However, Richmond Pool is just next door and a good alternative. As compensation, we received a $20 voucher and free popcorn for the movies, which was appreciated.
