The staff were always lovely, proactive, and kind. The breakfast was also surprisingly more enjoyable that a usual hotel breakfast (the breakfast area had nice Christmas vibes and music)Our only issue is that our 2 year old at one point in our trip was vomitting. He vomited on the carpet once and we asked if they could get it cleaned. We were surprised that they only wiped and sprayed (no steam cleaning at all) the floor. After that, we were extremely grossed out by how dirty the conditions of the floor could be.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, stores and metro stations. Breakfast is fine, but options do not change. The bar, which used to be on site, has closed.

This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations, I had no idea what I was getting into booking this. If you want a central location that’s walkable, clean and super friendly staff I would suggest this place. Manpreet went above and beyond for me and just for this I’ll be back again.

The stay was average overall. The room was smaller than expected and felt quite congested, especially with luggage. The absence of a fridge was inconvenient and reduced comfort during the stay. While the room was clean, the limited space and missing basic amenities impacted the overall experience.

Room was good value, location great but check-in was like the 90s. Even though via email they asked for pre check-in which involving us uploading photos of our passports, they went through it all again at check-in. We were an hour before advertised check-in time so yes, we could have rooms early but only if we filled out forms to join the Accor club. Almost walked away.

Staff and housekeeping was good and attentative. Breakfast was OK. The room is pretty small but manageable. My stay was during winter and the room was very dry, but the body lotion in the bathroom was good. The bathroom seems not to have ventilation so it was very humid. Room is a little bit noisy. I could hear the next door and there were a lot of emergency services because of its location. Some aggressive homeless people on the other side of Granville.
