My second time staying at the Belmont. I travel quite a bit and have staying in many places across Canada. But this place is gotta be my favorite. Some places claim they want you to feel at home but this place actually does. From spotless rooms to caring staff. They go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable. Best place to be close to everything you need. And everything is a short walk from concert venues art galeries restaurants. Its all there. Hope to be back soon.

Everything was perfect , taken care of , it was my wife and my friend birthday and they gave us free wine birthday card , it felt very warm and welcoming . Definitely would go to the same place whenever I stay in Vancouver .. thats the spot you need to book in Vancouver downtown and its within walking distance from the LRT

I upgraded to the deluxe room, and it was perfectly spacious and bright. I am glad I did, because the standard rooms do not have a view out of the window at all. The windows are covered with an opaque plastic. Hitesh at the front desk noticed it was my birthday during my stay, and had a bottle of wine delivered to the room, as well as a very thoughtful birthday bag of goodies and a birthday card. The service from Hotel Belmont will be a core memory for me and my first pick for a hotel in Vancouver in the future. Hitesh went above and beyond with a happy birthday phone call, and daily mesages assuring me to feel free to ask for anything that could make my stay more enjoyable. Buffet breakfast was a fairly standard selection and tasty.

The overall experience was great 👍, staff super friendly, room was always cleaned upon return from daily activity, we were asked daily if there was anything more they could do to make our stay more comfortable. The location was convenient for access of lots of the major attractions and shopping. Loved the experience would recommend and definitely stay there on my next trip. The Hotel Belmont in Vancouver markets itself as a four-star boutique hotel, but I don’t think it quite lives up to that rating. The room was clean and nicely designed. It was small and a bit cramped, but the linens were some of the freshest and cleanest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Everything smelled great and felt well cared for. The Skoah toiletries were a nice touch, and the quirky details around the property added some charm. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there are several drawbacks that really bring down the experience. The room was quite noise (some kind of constant mechanical or HVAC hum). The breakfast was disappointing. Aside from the fresh orange juice, everything else was subpar. The sausages tasted boiled and flavourless, the eggs were dry, and the fruit selection came on a tiny plate. I’ve honestly had much better breakfasts at chain hotels like Hilton. There are also very few on-site amenities. There is no restaurant or bar open on site, no gym, no pool, and the sketchy uncovered parking is expensive at nearly $40 a night. The saving grace is the location: just two or three blocks away, there’s excellent dining of all kinds. Overall, it’s a clean and stylish spot in a great area, but it really underdelivers on the four-star promise. It feels much more like an upscale three-star experience.

Staff were very friendly. Upon arrival, we were greeted with candy, a welcome beverage and a collectible pin. The hotel was nicely decorated for Halloween. The room was cozy and clean. We were fortunate to be staying in a room that did not face Granville St so it was quiet. The hotel is close to our concert venue as well as the sky train, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating for storing our luggage after checkout until our flight. Overall it was a great experience! Will definitely be staying again!

The room was okay but the overnight staff was rude and made us feel unsafe. We had the tv off and were just speaking at a normal volume and we got a call saying that it’s just a request to keep it down. That a staff member heard us talking in our room so were they outside? I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay at this funky spot! The auto open door welcoming us into the uniquely decorated lobby, friendly staff, and easy online checkin before we even arrived all helped to make it super easy and convenient. Elevator and room was small but funky and clean, reminded us hotels in Europe! We received yummy complimentary breakfast in the Living Room with the coolest vibes that made it feel like “home”. Vibrant walkable area close to everything we needed and close to all the downtown fun. We will definitely stay at Hotel Belmont again!!
