AC didn’t work. Safe was locked when we arrived so we had to wait for someone to come service it. Front desk didn’t answer the phone several times. It’s frustrating to have to work so hard to get what you shouldn’t have to ask for. This place is too expensive for this kind of experience.

Staff was anazing, friendly and proffesional. We arrived at 9:30 am after a cruise just to see if they would store our bags while we walked around. They did an early check in for us at no cost and were able to get into our room at 10:00am. When we go back to Vancouver I will definatley stay at The Exchange again.

A slice of urban paradise

The hotel feels so serene... and you are right in the centre of the city! But as beautiful and well maintained this property is, the team working here is OUTSTANDING! Every single one of them.
