The air conditioner in our room wasn't working. They knew this but did not tell us even after sending up two poeple and four phone calls. They gave us fans to help out but it was still very warm all night. We had to open the window to try and help out which let all the lights in and all the traffic noise.

Michelin hotel very pet friendly

Amazing service, excellent menu for room service, very Ecco friendly hotel. We stayed for one night with our dog. We let the hotel staff know ahead of time that Fionn would be with us. They prepared a dog bed, food and water dishes, and had a welcome sign for Fionn.

Perfect stay!

Great check in experience. The agent was friendly and welcomed us in. She told us about the amenities and walked us to the elevators. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I had two restful sleeps. The heated bathroom floor was a great feeling on the feet. The hotel is located downtown right near the waterfront but the noise at night was not heard, great location, never had to wait long for a Uber.

Very high quality hotel. Room was well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Great pillows - I’m picky regarding pillows. No lack of towels or other amenities. Truly one of the finest hotels I have used. Would definitely recommend it & will use it the next time I’m in Vancouver.

Everything about my stay was great except for the charged parking. My understanding was that parking was included as part of my booking, as it had been mentioned beforehand. I believe parking should be included for guests, as it adds convenience and provides a small but meaningful privilege to enhance their experience.
