The hotel was lovely. It was a unique property with much history. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The food in the wine bar was amazing. Really enjoyed my weekend there and will be sure to come back. Thanks so much!

Pour : emplacement parfait à quelques pas du métro souterrain, employés en général très bien, le service des portiers est exceptionnel. Lit et oreiller très confortable, propre, ménage fait à tous les jours. Restaurant excellent. Service à la chambre très bon aussi. Sécuritaire pour femme seule en voyage d'affaire. Produit de chambre très bien. Contre: la vue est d'une tristesse pas possible. Vue sur un mur blanc à quelques mètres malgré la réservation d'une vue ville. (7e étages), donc toujours chambre très sombre , sans lumière à cause du mur à côté des grandes fenêtres. Une chaleur vraiment élevée dans la chambre. Le thermostat ne fonctionne clairement pas. la chambre était à 20 degré sur le thermostat mais sur mon iphone c'était 26. Impossible à réduire. Chambre très très petite mais ok comme j'étais seule. Il y avait un bruit de ventillation extérieur sans arrêt tout le long de mon séjour qui me réveillait la nuit. Une horreur.

Great Hotel in Perfect location

Great hotel in a great location. The room was on the smaller side and the view out of the window was into the neighbouring office. However the room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The man on the front door was friendly and informative, explaining reception was up a floor. The resturant/Bar is very good.

Finally a hotel that is actually doing something for the environment other than just asking guests to wash towels less often. The wooden access cards, environmental heating and rainwater toilets will make an impact. Clean and modern facilities.

This was my first stay at the EXchange Hotel. What this hotel doesn't have is a Large, elegant foyer. The entrance is more like what one would expect for a residence in New York. There is a door man waiting to greet you and answer any questions that you may have. The room is clean and well designed. Temperature in room is comfortable and if there is a heater or a/c it is very quiet. Bathroom is clean and spacious. We were on the 6th floor and you could hear road noise but nothing that would keep you from a good nights rest. We only had breakfast at the Hydra and felt is was very good. The best thing going for this hotel is the people, very helpful with a most pleasant disposition. Well done.

Great location in front of the mall and walking distance. Very clean and new and pleasant staff. We were able to check-in early on the day of arrival. However, we were not able to check-out late because I did not know there was a maximum number of rooms they allow for it (would like to have been informed when I asked about late check-out on the day of check-in). Wish the temperature of the room could have been higher than 23 degrees on the thermostat (felt it was chilly).
