Accessible, walkable to all kind of transportation leading to waterfront, also near to supermarket, night food chain, 24hrs reception personel on duty. The the hotel will give the guest a discount foods & bar with the wall distance to the hotel lobby.

I think the hotel is very fair for the price. I was on a room with shared bathroom but it was literally across the hallway and always clean. There are enough bathrooms per floor to not feel that you are sharing. They provide you with clean towels, shampoo, soap, body lotion and shower caps in your room. You have free coffee and tea in the morning. Great for a solo work trip. The location is ideal.
