I had a great stay at L'Hermitage. The staff were always super helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was very clean and spacious and the hotel is located in the heart of downtown where everything is within walking distance. I borrowed a complementary bike from the hotel on one of the days and the staff member made sure I had everything including some bottles of water which showed they really do care for their guests. I wish I took her name so I could mention it here.

The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The room was a good size, very comfortable, well maintained. The hotel is very accessible to Robson Street for shopping as well as Gastown district and the Vancouver Art Galkery.

The hotel is within walking distance of so many neighbourhoods. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we could need. The staff are exceptionally professional, efficient and welcoming. Take advantage of the bicycles for loan.
