Not impressed- would not stay again. Nothing made us feel valued or a guest. check in 4pm - check out was at 10 am. Items in the unit didn’t work efficiently however my main complaint was lack of customer service. I felt like an inconvenience. At one point a guest relation put her hand up to me to be quiet.. I’m pretty chill but I wouldn’t fiend $350 to feel like a piece of $hit.

Clean, spacious suite with everything you need - fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, office space, large comfy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Basically a fully stocked apartment. We really appreciated the hot tub and heated pool too. Would gladly stay again.

Had an odd interaction with a guest supervisor when she checked in our room. I had requested a blanket but she was quite brazen and told me I had to get the blanket myself at the front desk… staff shortage. Not one of my best hotel experiences.

There was inadequate temperature control in the room - very warm. Had to keep windows open and have front desk supply fans. Hot tub was not operational 2 out of 3 nights we were there. Dissapointing. Otherwise everything was fine.
