Excellent place to stay in Vancouver. Could walk everywhere. Supermarket only 25 metres away was very convenient. Nathalie (Reception - hopefully got her name correct) was lovely & checked us in early which we appreciated after such a long flight.

We were looking for a place close to the cruise port that had a kitchen and laundry as we were visiting Vancouver for a week before our cruise and this place had everything we wanted. Things we didnt like were minor; No table on the balcony and no USB ports.

Let’s keep it Level!

Love staying at Level, I’m just hopeful they keep up on maintenance over time. Notices warped and molded wood underneath the sink. A lot of the lightbulbs were burnt out. Stained carpet. Warped floor paneling. They also upgraded our stay to a two room suite but that had a double bed in one room and two twins pushed together in the other room. A bit odd. Love the hotel, and the ability to basically rent a small apartment, but just hopeful they keep it up long term.

Spacious clean suite. No usb connection to charge your phone so bring a plug adapter. In suite laundry and stocked kitchen available with Keurig coffeemaker. A few breakfast spots nearby. Pool only open 10am to 10pm so no chance to use it after our evening concert or in the morning.

Nice place centrally located

Booked a suite for three adults. Unit had a queen bed and a settee and an old fold up bed. Our grown daughter slept on the settee as it was more comfortable than the bed albeit her feet hung over the end. Unit was adequately supplied and was pretty clean when we arrived. Front staff was friendly and accommodating at both check in and out. The pool and hot tub were nice especially after long days walking Vancouver. Unit was centrally located and a short walk to any area of interest in downtown, Stanley Park, gastown and to the aquabus for glanville island. Hint! Immediately walk to the Yaletown stop of the aquabus and it will take you through the heart of the Yaletown restaurant scene and the lovely Urban Market grocery store. Sorry we didn’t discover this sooner. Overall the stay was fine but one word of caution. This is an urban area that is very lenient to transients and drug users. Anytime of the day be prepared to step around some zoned out folks. No one was aggressive with pan handling etc but in their state of mind you just have to be very careful. That said enjoy this delightful city and stay at Level Suites.

Our stay was amazing! Great area, close to the strip! Close to everything you need! It was very clean and relatively quiet for being right downtown! Great amenities, loved the rooftop pool and hot tub had a nice outdoor dining area with great seating! Only thing I would say I didn’t like was how long it can take getting an elevator up or down! And how there isn’t any sort of vending machines or anything for drinks!
