Loved the Level. My husband and I were in for a couple of days in Vancouver. The location was great! We walked everywhere. Lots of dining choices close by and short distance to the waterfront. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless. We will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent!!

It was just a quick 1 night stay but the hotel was excellent! The staff were amazing,they were super friendly and helpful. The room was huge, bright and clean. There was some road noise through the night but that’s to be expected downtown in a big city. The location was great and we were able easily to walk to Granville Island ferry and to BC place. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others!

The property was beautiful!! Clean room and reasonable priced. Really friendly staff and a safe area. My only issue was finding out where to park while checking in as there is no temporary parking offered in front of the hotel. But that’s just downtown Vancouver. If you drive to the ally around back you can park there for a couple minutes while checking in I was wasn’t aware of this. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Once it was closer to our checkin date the hotel was very communicative and very accommodating. We were able to park our car at the hotel earlier than our room was ready and then keep our bags in a room off the lobby. We were able to have a slightly later check-out which was also helpful.
