Very clean room, excellent service from Amir and the boys in the lobby bar. The stay was excellent due to consistency. I have stayed several times and had the same high quality exsperiance every time. I am a repeat guest because everytime I stay, the service and guest exsperiance remains at a high level. I am too scared to try a newer or diffrent hotel in Vancouver because the Pan--Pacific now feels like a home. It doesnt feel like a hotel, it feels like your going back to stay with your friends.

Excellent downtown location and incredible views. Strangely for such a high end hotel, there were clothes left in two drawers from the guest before us, so I guess the drawers were not cleaned. They comped us the excellent breakfast buffet, which was amazing.
