Check-in was brutal, took forever. I appreciate that the hotel's system was down and things had to be done manually, and the staff did the best they could. But there should have been a lot more staff checking people in, given the circumstances.

Everything was good except the price of taxi from vancouver airport to the hotel was not accurate. Taxi driver charged more than what i was informed by the hotel prior to my trip. Besides that everything was fine. Staff service is great!! I would dtay there again.

Views to die for.

The Pan Pacific Vancouver exceeded my expectations! The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Room service was fast and the food was fantastic. Its location is unbeatable—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. And the views? Simply spectacular! Highly recommend for a top-tier stay in Vancouver.
