This hotel was incredibly convenient to the cruise terminal. The staff were all fantastic, and beyond helpful. The hotel is close to many food options, and easily walkable to surrounding shopping/dining options. The only negative (and a fairly minor one) was that for several hours while we were there, two of the guest elevators were down. It was a very long wait to get on the elevator, and the stairs weren’t really an option for us. This inconvenience only lasted about 5 hours, and by the early afternoon it wasn’t a problem any more. The hotel has a beautiful pool deck, with a heated pool and hot tub.

The room was clean and had a good view. It was very convenient and walkable to restaurants and activities. We would not recommend the bar/restaurant for food. It was very average; much better options elsewhere The concierge was great with restaurant suggestions and helping book our seaplane day trip.

If you’re cruising out of Vancouver this is the place to stay. They have a great staff, easy baggage handing from the hotel to the cruise ship. The facilities are nice, the restaurants are good, there’s plenty of dining options around the hotel and all the transportation around Vancouver stops here. Walking distance up to the shopping street, walking distance to the sea wall and Stanley park. It’s just the best place to stay.

Great Hotel with Views

After leaving our cruise ship in early morning, it was wonderful to have such a short indoor walk to the PanPacific Hotel. To our pleasant surprise, our room was immediately available. The views from the room were spectacular and the room was spacious & well appointed!
