I’ve stayed at Moda numerous times. It’s a perfect location in the entertainment district of the city with lots to do in the neighbourhood. A perfect little boutique hotel that goes beyond the price point.

The Moda Hotel is a quaint property with a great central location, minutes from Vancouver's nightlife on Granville Street and a short walk from shops (namely Cadillac Fairview's Pacific Centre Mall). The only comments I have otherwise would be an unpleasant odour in the elevator and dated rooms. Nevertheless it's a pleasant stay, though it could do with modernized touches - it reminded me of European hotels, with 'old school' decor and single pane windows don't necessary block out the noise of bustling Seymour Street. I would recommend this property, though if you're looking for high-end accommodations this may not be for you.

the staff were great. The room was a place to sleep as that was all I wanted. The place was quiet and a short taxi ride from everything I needed to do. I love their chandelier, it reminder me of Chilhouy;s work

Good stay so far.

It was very good, the thing is that there were no microwaves in the rooms but they have one on each block which is accessible 24 hrs a day

My stay at the Moda hotel was good. Lots of food options around the hotel. The only complaint I have is the thin walls I could hear people talking as well as children yelling but overall would stay at this hotel in the future.
