Check-in was slower than expected, especially considering the 3 PM check-in time. It took longer than necessary, which wasn’t ideal after a long journey.
The lobby had an odd smell and didn’t feel very welcoming—something about the atmosphere felt off.
On the plus side, the left luggage service was prompt, easy, and efficient—definitely appreciated.
The corridors, however, had dirty carpets and felt dark and dingy, which gave a poor first impression before even entering the room.
The room itself was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. There was a noticeable smell of sweat, and the carpet is dirty and smelly.
That said, the sheets and bath linen were clean, which was a relief.
The coffee machine is of good quality, but there was no accessible power switch or socket nearby, making it frustrating to use.
The bathroom was a decent size, but the toilet seat had loose hinges and clearly needed maintenance.
As for the view, the room faced another building, so not much to look at.
quite a few areas need improvement—especially cleanliness and maintenance.
