The first room was terrible. They move us to a street view. The room was outdated and needed updated. The tv was a big 32 inch. Will not be rebooking at this hotel.

This property is in an ideal location for dining and touring. Easy access to buses, metro, and easy to walk to many areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downsides: The room is small, with no luggage holder and also almost no drawer space so you're living out of your suitcase which is hiding in a corner on the floor, compounded by two people, we were tripping over things a bit.

Great location to walk the city. The building is old and rooms need updating. Our tiny room was next to the stairwell which was noisy with people clomping up and down the uncarpeted steps. The doors also slammed quite loudly.

We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean and the bed was very comfortable but some areas are tired looking and need refurbishment.

Excellent hotel, we booked the Moda Suite. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The location was great and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Good location and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our only gripe was with the configuration of the mini room. The layout was so bad that it was virtually impossible to access the wardrobe but staff were helpful in upgrading us to a standard room for small fee. Also, the breakfast in the linked cocktail bar was poor and so we ended up going to a restaurant nearby in Granville Street. .

Good Hotel for a Bed and Shower

Hotel is good if you need a place to sleep and a shower for a night or two. It is fairly outdated and the beds were not very comfortable but for the price it was fine. My room was on the 3rd floor and could hear people walking above me all night and you can hear people in the hallway. Room was small but was big enough for just sleeping.
