Staff and room were both amazing! We had an incredibly early flight and not only did they hold our luggage way before check-in, they got the room ready ASAP so we were able to have a nap in the morning and were rejuvinated for the day. It was above and beyond our expectations.

Room was ok - very clean etc but the air conditioning controls were a bit complex and not intuitive. TV was small, not great resolution and not great sound. This could be a relatively inexpensive upgrade- required these days! Staff were ver pleasant and helpful. Good location.

I have stayed here before, typically just in a queen or king room. This time we were upgraded to a King Suite and it was such a nice surprise! The bathroom amenities are great, I enjoyed having a huge tub and two sinks with a large mirror which made getting ready so much easier! The bedroom space was nice and the bed was comfortable, there were large closets and a small fridge available. Surprisingly quiet given the area, I will stay again.

Came to visit Canada! Cute Boutique hotel in downtown Vancouver. Staff were really pleasant. Greeted us with smiles and gave us information about restaurants and nightlife in the area. Rooms were a bit old but clean and comfortable enough. Thank you Moda Hotel and Canada for the hospitality!

I stayed at Moda some 3 years ago, it was good so when he needed a hotel for a night i booked him at Moda. His stay was a disaster since the room he checked into has some musty smell, looks clean but the smell was really disappointing. It's a big relief that he moved to Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre the next day.
