We will definitely stay at this property again. The staff were fantastic, our room was lovely, we enjoyed the breakfast included with our stay. The connected bar had great drinks and food until 1am. Steps from Granville Station, CF Pacific Centre and many food options.

Despite being downtown you couldn't hear the street. Rooms were small but the washroom was large. Staff are very accommodating and responsive.

We loved our stay at this hotel. This hotel was perfectly located near the train station for a quick arrival from the airport train. It was surrounded by many restaurants as well. Thank you for the great service. We will definitely return.

Great one night stay while in town to see a concert at The Pearl. Staff was over the top in being helpful. Room was surprisingly quiet given the downtown location. Very comfortable, and included breakfast was a bonus.

No parking

While sold as having parking we arrived and were told none was available and we would have to find some on our own at a public lot and then walk back. We had to drag our luggage 2 blocks then to the hotel. Completely unacceptable for a property billed as this quality to not have either parking or valet to address such a situation. We will not be back.
