We had an excellent and comfortable one night stay here before our cruise to Alaska. Easy walk from the skytrain station and cruise terminal. The kids loved the pool! We had a city view room with a little sliver of water view and were able to see our ship sail in early in the morning!

The hotel was fine but I never heard of a $75 fee to check in early or a $50 fee to have a late check out. Very disappointed with this fee. They did offer to hold luggage for free.

There was a long line at check in, resulting in a long wait. I was impressed that they added an agent and opened a register to help speed it up. They also passed out water bottles to those waiting. Room was clean and roomy. Bed and pillows comfortable. Only disappointment is thin toilet paper.
