Service at its finest

Well appointed boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Van. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive curbside. Had a fantastic dinner at Bacchus with our adult children and their significant others. Our selections included hotel specialty cocktails, wine before starting with the two tier seafood platter. Various dinners were ordered with care and attention toward a gluten allergy. Our top shelf waiter Tim along with assistance from Benny and Rachel provided seamless service. This was not our first time staying and dining at the Wedgewood and it won't be our last.

Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had before at any price. The staff was helpful and professional. Helped me gain access to a doctor and medical care quickly and easily. The hotel itself is just gorgeous! The restaurant and the lounge were impeccable and delicious. The room was well appointed and felt like an upscale home. A 'butler' of sorts knocked on the door in the evening offering coffee and ice. Truly impressed! Oh - and the doorman in his beautiful suit and bowler hat. Such a wonderful touch!

We had a wonderful stay at the Wedgewood Hotel the past few days, the staff here were so welcoming and attentive. The room was a good size with separate sitting & sleeping area and the bed was just the perfect comfort. There’s a beautiful dining area and cocktail bar which we enjoyed along with the evening pianist. The location is perfect for exploring Vancouver.

The Wedgewood is our favorite boutique hotel in beautiful downtown Vancouver! The attention to detail is remarkable, and that translates to each and every member of the team! A special shout-out to David at the desk who welcomed us so sincerely and professionally! The lounge and restaurant are legendary...sophisticated but comfortable, with wonderful service and food! Try this hotel ....you will be hooked too!
