It was an easily accessible option off the highway for us driving from out of province, but the area around the hotel wasn't very walkable and far from transit. It would have been nice if there was a foot bridge to the shopping mall on the other side of the highway, crossing the on-ramps felt dangerous.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and quiet. Ample parking spaces and accessible to highway. Restaurant in the hotel offered exceptional service and good food.

Room had dirty sheets with red stains, bathroom floor and tub were dirty with stains and small hair. Took over 4 hours to give new beddings to replace the dirty sheets found, bathroom was not recleaned after complaining. The elevators were very slow and floors from pool to elevators were wet from ppl using pool making floors very slippery and dangerous. We only stayed 1 night and will not return or recommend however the breakfast food and service was good.

Perfect location, mall 5minute away, plenty of dinning options. Pool is large and warm, although it is a share pool with a learn to swim program which does make it difficult for guest to enjoy swimming. The pool also ran out of towels.

Had a room with 2 queen beds & a pull out couch. When I asked reception to make up the pullout, I was advised that they don’t make up the bed prior to guests arrival and that everything I need is in the cabinet under the TV. Keep in mind I discovered that it wasn’t made up the first night and was asking to have it done for the second night. We had been traveling for 2 weeks by this point and this is the first time I ran into a hotel who wouldn’t do this. Level of customer service really needs to be considered. And yes, they did come in to clean/tidy the room so it wasn’t a leftover COVID process.
