This property is in a great area. There is one store next door that offers great snacks, fresh coffee and a banana for your day. The hotel is very costly for food and we did not eat therein our 4 days

A pleasant stay overall. The staff were kind and hospitable, and the location provided convenient access to many landmarks and attractions. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and full of options, and the heated toilet seat and bidet were amazing! Wish there had been furniture - at least two chairs and a small coffee table - on our balcony, and that more of the outlets in our room had been compatible with our universal adapters. It would have also been nice to stay in a room on a higher floor so that we could have had a better view. However, this is a very nice hotel and one that I would recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in May 2025. The room was great. Our room had a view of the Thames and Big Ben. The hotel is walkable to Westminster Abbey and to the Tate Britain. The tube station was reasonably close. The only issue that I had was that I had accidentally overbooked my stay through Expedia for two more nights more than we needed. I tried to shorten my stay two weeks before our check-in, but the app indicated that it would cost me $600 to change/shorten my stay by the two nights. When I asked the staff at the hotel when we checked in, they gave me an email address that I could inquired about shortening my stay. I wrote to the email address given to me explaining my situation. The reply that I got was that since I had booked through Expedia, I would have to pay the full price. They did not offer anything in compensation even though I would be paying for two nights that I would not be using. I found it rather frustrating that both Expedia and Hyatt were unhelpful.

Lume, Tattie, Labo, Shaker and Ramon were eager to help us when we needed help…My internet on my phone didnt work because Spectrum hadn’t paid to use towers in Europe…so, without their help and my daughters help, I would have been out of luck for GPS directions. Thank you Hyatt!
