We had a great stay in Venice! The hotel was conveniently located and was nice and clean. The staff was helpful with recommendations for things to do during our stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone vacationing in Venice Thanks for the hospitality!

Loved this apartment. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. Perfect for a family of four. First bedrooom slept two. Second bedroom was small with a twin bed but was perfect for my teenage daughter. The kitchen area also had a twin bed. The room had doors on both sides so my son had a mini suite to himself. The ambiance was very cool with wooden beams on the ceiling. Even the location was great!

Thank you to the team managing Dimora Capuleti. You made our stay in the truly wonderful Venezia very comfortable and easy. The location is very convenient and central. As for Venezia generally be prepared for stairs in the building and around the city. Love Venezia forever.

There was a planned power outage from 9am to 4pm on one of the days of our stay. The hotel knew this in advance of our trip but did not notify us. They also did not offer any reimbursement for this. The front door and the room door open via electric security pad. So during the power outage, you had to leave your door open to be able to access your room OR walk to another hotel to have a staff member walk back with you to unlock your room door (they would not give you the key).

the check in was confusing as when we arrived at the hotel it was a sign to go to another hotel. at first no one was at reception. then the persons came along and gave us the access code. when we arrived inside the room, the room was not clean so went back to the other hotel and i was told “check in is not before 3pm” but they told us the room was ready. the fact that the reception is not inside the hotel is not an issue unless you need some help the room was nice and i was a bit disappointed with the shower as the shower head was not working properly in the same time, the tv is a nice to have but no channel in english overall a nice experience

Amazing lace to stay in Venice. Close to the Rialto bridge and market and easy to get everywhere. The apartment was great, very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Dimora Capuleti hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Venice. The staff (Mildred) was great and super helpful and very eager to answer our questions and offer us suggestions. Breakfast was great too! Thank you for a great stay!

I thought this apartment was perfect. We only stayed one night but it was very convenient and comfortable. The check in was a little weird. The woman that checked us in seemed a little scattered and she didn't explain much to us. It was confusing to find the office. Once we found the office, we checked in and then she led a group of different groups to the building and brought us up to our rooms.

You have to pick up keys in other location, but just happened to be on my way to the property. Got there by the ATV in the S Stae and then you have to walk like 15 minutes to get to the apartment. You have to go by stairs one floor. The property looks in good shape, the insides are ok, but loved it was walking distance from everything. The only downside is in the reservation said I was only due $12 at the property and when I arrived I had to pay almost $50!!!! Too bad they dont update their information.

First of all, read the direction on how to get to this place. You will have to go to another property to get access to your room. There was no elevator, and we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor with very steep stairs. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, so we had to keep walking to a different area just to ask questions. The safety deposit box didn’t work, and the TV remote wasn’t working either—probably due to dead batteries.

The room was very nice. Some amenities might have been missing. No coffee pods. People should know that there is no elevator. Our room was on the third floor. Up some very long flights of stairs.
