This is a lovely small hotel, near San Marco, with door side water taxi service. The staff offered excellent dinner suggestions and made reservations. Breakfast was impressively good. I would happily return.

This hotel is in an excellent location in walking distance to everything. We were in a canal side room on the first floor which was a great size. The interior is looking a little tired but was perfectly clean. There was also quite a bit noise from upstairs in the evening. But a good hotel in an excellent location.
