Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with views from the rooftop that made it even more perfect. The room was huge. Bathroom the same and everything very clean. Breakfast is included and was a lovely spread. I did feel like the check-in staff could have been more friendly - they seemed bothered when asked a question. The bell staff however made up for the indifference we felt from the reception. They were so helpful and facilitated getting a cab for our departure.

The best things about this hotel: location & the staff, especially in the breakfast room & the concierges. The rest needs work. My shower had a lot of mold (even the emergency pull cord had black mold on it!), a/c leak left watermarks on the wall and ceiling, minibar leaked, in room safe didn’t work, rug was dirty, barrel chair in room was filthy, the shampoo/soap is a single made-for-hotel brand and cheap (wouldn’t ever use on my hair as it’s drying) and one day my room wasn’t cleaned with no apology or explanation given. In no way is this a 4-star Superior property; you’ll be disappointed as I was if you are expecting a near 5-star experience. Kudos, however, to the staff.

Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The front desk staff and concierge were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant in bar attached which is very convenient. Right outside the hotel you are on the strip that has all the designer stores. They also have their own private dock so that when you check out if you choose to take a private water taxi, the walk is very short with your luggage. they also have complementary breakfast in the morning. We absolutely loved our stay. One thing I did not know was they have a free boat ride for their guests if you want to go to Marano and Verano. I wish I had known that prior to booking a tour. The location of the hotel is wonderful.

The rooms aree very nicely appointed. Some rooms even have USB ports for charging eliminating the need for a charger. The front desk staff are terrific. Shout out to Mirko. The breakfast (free) was plentiful and wait staff are excellent. The location among the designer shops and a quick walk to St Marks Square is excellent

The size of the room was way bigger than we thought. Being in Venice we assumed everything would be smaller but it was one of our bigger rooms and biggest bathroom space. Front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Carried our bags up to our room and answered any questions we had with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is a fantastic hotel for a stay in Venice. It was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the location allows easy access to St. Marks Square.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff serving the breakfast were also very helpful and friendly. In general, everyone who worked at the hotel was friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel room was clean and well maintained as well as being quiet during nighttime. The location of the hotel was very convenient and the staff at the reception desk gave me good directions on where to go. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again if I came to Venice.

What a fantastic hotel! The building is quintessentially Venetian, with beautiful little details that make it such a gem. Rooms were great, breakfast was fantastic & everyone who worked there was lovely.
