The hotel was small but clean and welcoming. Vintage rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and its accommodations were pretty average. The safe in the room and blowdryer didn't work and the shower door was leaky. We did love the area though. It is in a quiet location on the island away from much of the busy, tourist areas. Lots of great restaurants and close to the water bus terminal which was very convenient.

Staying at this hotel was like stepping into a Venetian dollhouse. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and simply beautiful. Our room couldn’t have been more comfortable or visually delightful, with charming windows overlooking the canal—an absolute dream. The cleanliness was outstanding; the entire place had a fresh, clean scent that made us feel instantly at ease. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful yet close to everything you’d want to explore in Venice. The service at the lobby was beyond excellent—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences we had in Italy. We’ll cherish it forever. Hospedarnos en este hotel fue como entrar a una casa de muñecas veneciana. Cada detalle está pensado con belleza y armonía. Nuestra habitación no pudo ser más cómoda ni más hermosa, con ventanas que daban directamente al canal—una experiencia de ensueño. La limpieza del lugar es impecable; sinceramente, el olor a limpio abarcaba todo y nos hizo sentir cómodos desde el primer instante. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta: tranquila pero cercana a todo lo que uno desea explorar en Venecia. La atención en el lobby fue más que excelente: cálida, atenta y verdaderamente hospitalaria. What a very pretty property! We loved our triple room and also in a great location. Nice quiet area near Peggy Guggenheim museum, and a close walk to St Marks area.

The micro hotel nature of this property was nice. The style was also nice. Unfortunately, the renovation apparently used slightly inferior products. The laminate floor squeaked, the refrigerator didn’t work, the bathroom sink sprayed water on the user, and the body jet unit in the shower didn’t work at all. Bottom line is that the unit concept was nice, but the execution was lacking a bit.

This hotel served us well. One thing to be mindful of is that it is in the “wrong” side of the grand canal. This means that to reach the main square there is extra walking required to back track to the bridge. However if you don’t mind paying there are several boat services nearby. Additionally, the WiFi connection was not great in the room. Not always important but something to keep in mind. But for the price it was a good hotel

Heart of Venice

Beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. Clean, air-conditioned room with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great...walking distance to great restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel.

Place was good. Checkin and check out very fast and easy. Front desk willing to help with pretty much anything. Not in too bad of a spot in Venice. Not centrally located but that was good as well as there was no late night noise. a little cramped for 4 people but not too bad. For the price is was a very nice visit. My daughter did end up leaving her ipad in the hotel and they made sure to reach out and help me get it mailed back out to us in the United States. Overall happy with them and would stay there again. And Venice is very hard not to be happy and like it anyways as it is one of the most beautiful places anywhere!

The Hotel was very conveniently located and very clean, but the shower was extremely small - my husband could barely fit it in. The hair dryer was temperamental. There was not outside space e.g. a courtyard or small garden. No balcony either. The staff were nice and friendly, though!
