A beautiful within reasonable walk distance to everything. Lots of bridges to traverse giving lots of beautiful photo opportunities. Hotel was lovely. Only issue was our room was on main floor which being near to the lobby, got very noisy in the morning

After we checked in, jet lagged, the next morning, I realized we didn’t get the room I’ve upgraded. I informed the front desk. They denied it completely. I showed the manager, she said there no room available. We booked the room in Oct 2024 for April 2025 paid in full. They knew we were coming. I insisted we get the room we paid for. She didn’t give us the room until two nights later. But we did not get any refunds for the difference. I was upset, but didn’t complain. It was too much happening on this trip we were exausted mentally. Be aware this could happen to you.

Nice hotel and good location

The location of this hotel was great... right in Grand Canal by a vaporetto stop. The people at the front desk were all welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was on the small size but it had everything needed. The breakfast buffet had a great selecting of foods and we spent time art night in the bar and had an excellent service. The outfit area for breakfast or evening cocktails was a very nice area.

Excellent location next to San Angelo water taxi stop. I contacted hotel Staff via Expedia to arrange water taxi from airport and they communicated well and timely with me. We would love to stay here again next time we come to Italy

The location on the Canal was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very convenient and walkable to Saint Mark Square and the Rialto Bridge. Also, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

Entsprach nicht mehr den Erwartungen

Wir haben ein Upgrade von 400 Euro zum.kanal gebucht . Bekamen ein Zimmer mit Terrasse zum Nachbarhaus inklusive Schimmel in der Dusche .... In der letzten Nacht merkte man dass 100 Ameisen im Zimmer waren . Wir dachten das Hautjucken und Ausschläge der beiden Nächte kommt von Moskitos. In der Nacht bekamen wir dann ein Upgrade mit einem gemeinsamen Bett, was für uns sehr wichtig war dass es getrennt ist . Die Dame mit den Locken an der Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich . Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag noch etwas besser , ab dem 2. Tag schlecht . Es gibt keine Vollkornsemmel und der Tee wurde im Pappbecher serviert . Alles verpackt und nicht umweltbewusst. Die Bar war geschlossen und zum Vergleich zu letztem Jahr war auch die Geigenspielerin nicht mehr da. Das Personal war sehr arrogant bei der Anreise . Die Dame beim Frühstück und die an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich . Auch bei den Beschwerden an der Rezeption wurde kein Nachlass gegeben und die Kurtaxe nochmals berechnet , obwohl wir 3 fast schlaflose Nächte in diesem Hotel wegen Tiere im Zimmer hatten. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus nicht mehr und werden nächstes Jahr ein anderes Haus aufsuchen

I love every second at the Palace! A glass of wine for welcome, a beautiful cookies and chocolate tray in the room, the room was gorgeous, the staff amazing, the breakfast wonderful! What a great place to stay! The view to the canal was the cherry on top!
