Great hotel. I travel a lot and lately have been staying at 5 star properties; imo this one is deserving of that grade. Very helpful staff. I called the day before arrival and spoke to Julia, who helped arrange water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the grand canal. About a 10 min walk to La Fenice and Piazza San Marco. Got a nice room with a view. Breakfast was a hearty choice of buffet and cooked. Service at breakfast from Maria, Christina and Nicholas was great, polite and efficient.

The room was well appointed, with high quality and stylish window treatment and bedding. Staff was efficient and courteous. The location on the Grand Canal is breathtaking and convenient, with a water bus stop just steps from the front door.

Fantastic service, the staff at the desk are very helpful. They helped and advised on how to get around the area. They even helped in arranging a trip to the Munro Island were I got to see Glass getting made and booked a free water taxi to the island. I found this trip to be more enjoyable than paying €90 for a Gondala. I must say the hotel is very relaxing and worth the money while providing a fantastic service and being right next to the water transport station. The room is very clean and has a fantastic bed and shower room. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone booking to stay in Venice.
